What kind of toothpaste, mouthwash you use and why?

I was tipped for a year now Tom's of Maine, toothpaste and mouthwash for the main reason they use all natural products without artificial sweeteners, dyes, etc., they do not test on animals and they use recycled materials in their tubes, bottles, etc.

Tom's may be natural, but use of sulphate sodium laurel, which is bad. I use Jason. I suffered from mouth ulcers all my life but now have not had one since I moved. This was a year now.
