Treating sinus infection naturally during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

I have an oh so wonderful sinus infection. I 18 weeks of pregnancy and lactation as well. I want to treat naturally and avoid antibiotics and need advice on treatment. I was to drink hot liquids, using a Neti pot and taking lots of vitamin C. Any other natural recommendation?
