Can anyone suggest a mild shampoo that is natural and has no harmful chemicals to relieve pain from my scalp?

I a sore scalp is flaky as well. My hair has thinned and there is also considerable falling hair. I am required to wash my hair 4 times in one week. So I want to get a shampoo that is natural and is a gentle and effective cleanser and soothes the scalp. It should not have chemicals such as parabens and sodium lauryl sulfate.
