Natural Office Decor
care of my "Good Luck Plant"?
I just bought a "Good Luck Plant" (the look-alike twisted bamboo plant) for my office and I do not know how to take care of it. I have read conflicting instructions online if I do go in a pot with potting soil. And whether to use fertilizer or if I do water filtered water, etc. Will I need the base as it grows? Can it grow? Do I need to leave the tie or twist on it? Can I replace the twist tie with something more aesthetic? If I put in compost (currently it is in a small vase filled with rocks and standing water), how often should I water? Is it necessary to direct light, indirect light or fair natural? I think it would be bad karma for a plant likely to die on me. And I love it because it has some orchids winding wrong with him and He seems very nice. I'm joining my office decor feng shui standards.
