Can I use Majick Tattoo on my lips?

My lips have a horrible problem. They are still cracked, rough, and bleeding. I put ChapStick on medication at night before I go to bed and drink plenty of water and other fluids throughout the day and this does not always hill of beans difference. Sometimes they Peel and I have to rip the skin off and they bleed and hurt. This lasts for years. So I was wondering if I could use Majick Tattoo on my lips as it heels skin. The ingredients are in order: virgin olive oil, beeswax, seed oil, hemp, tea flowers calundla, plantain and mugwort, aloe vera, tocopherol (natural vitamin E), and lavender essential oil.
