Natural Induced Miscarriage
Fight against infertility – Fertility and polycystic ovarian syndrome in conventional medicine Perspective
I. Definition
Syndrome polycystic ovary is defined as endocrinological diseases caused by clumping undeveloped follicles on the ovaries, which interferes with the function normal ovaries as a result of enlarged ovaries, leading to a hormonal imbalance (androgen excess), resulting in formation male pattern hair, acne, irregular period or no period, weight gain and fertility make. She performs more than 5% of women in the population or 1 in 20 women.
II. Symptoms of PCOS
1. Absent or irregular menstrual periods
2. Male hair growth model
3. Acne and oily skin
4. More weight
5. Obstructive Sleep Apnea
Closing roads upper air, causing the cessation of breathing during sleep
6. Difficult to design
III. Diagnosis
If you have any symptoms above, you may have PCOS. It is to your advantage to visit your doctor or your gynecologist immediately, because it may effect your chances of fertility. It is easy to identify because of your medical history, physical examination and a blood test. In fact, the most effective treatment to Long term PCOs may be a natural comfort of your own home.
The blood test including tests
DHEAS, testosterone, SHGB, LH and FSH ratio, TSH, IGTT level (fasting insulin) and several other androgens are used to evaluate adrenal function. If abnormalities of secretion certain hormones, you may be in a high risk of PCO. You may also need to have ultra sound to look at your ovaries.
IV. The Causes of PCOS
The causes of PCOS is unknown, but there are suggestions
1. Genetic predisposition
Predisposition Genetics is defined as a genetic problem of some women who are born predisposed to certain health problems. In this case, the polycystic ovary syndrome.
2. Insulin resistance
Insulin resistance is defined as being above the level regular insulin in the blood of a person. It may be causing other health problems like diabetes, abnormal function of the pancreas or caused by a small number of the insulin sensitivity of cells, which slows the process of converting glucose into energy and high levels blood glucose in the body, leading to a hormonal imbalance resulting in increasing the risk of cystic follicles or ovarian cysts developing.
3. Obesity
Obesity is defined as a person's BMI is above 24. As we have seen, women obesity is always associated with resistance to insulin, leading to the same problem as mentioned above.
4. Hyperandrogenism
Hyperandrogenism is a condition characterized by excessive production and / or secretion of androgens leading a growth of male pattern hair.
a) Hirsutism
Hirsutism occurs when follicles in areas sensitive to androgens begin to form thick, pigmented hair, as opposed to thin, short, non-pigmented hair normally seen in these regions in women.
b) Cushing's Syndrome
Cushing's syndrome is a chronic disease caused by excessive production of the hormone cortisol causing a decrease in sperm production in males and ovulation in women abnormal.
c) disorders of the metabolism of cortisol
Cortisol is usually called stress hormones, as it is secreted in large quantities for our body's response to stress and anxiety. Metabolism of cortisol is defined as a state of cortisol, a hormone that has losen its function in restoring homeostasis after stress and inhibited the insulin, causing blood sugar to rise.
d) Hyperprolactinemia
Prolactin is produced by the pituitary earlier, mainly plays the important development of breasts during pregnancy and milk production after birth. Hyperprolactinemia effects of operation normal gland, the hypothalamus and pituitary, resulting in ovulatory infertility, a decrease in menstruation and sometimes lost in menstruation and loss of sexual desire.
e) Acromegaly
Acromegaly is defined as the production of growth hormone caused by a benign tumor or pituitary gland and in rare cases it may be caused by tumors of the pancreas, lungs and adrenal glands, leading to GnRH excess, where male pattern hair growth.
5. Chemicals
Chemicals to the environment such as xanoestrogen can cause the production of certain hormones and reducing other, leading to abnormal function of reproductive organs, including the development follicles and the increased risk of PCOS.
6. Food adulterantion
Adulterantion food is defined as a mixture or alternative of inferior substances or by removing some precious ingredient in food, leading to a hormonal imbalance and distort the natural process Women's reproductive system.
7. Chronic inflammation
Prolonged inflammation, known as chronic inflammation, leads to a gradual change in the type of cells that are present on the site of inflammation and is characterized by simultaneous destruction and healing tissue from the inflammatory process.
V. Types of conventional treatments
1. Metformin
a) The effectiveness of metformin
It is an oral drug used to treat diabetes used to treat type II diabetes. It is also widely used in the treatment of PCO removing the endogenous production of glucose by the liver because it helps to make insulin work more efficiently without changing insulin levels in the body, helping to regulate the production of certain hormones resulting in ovulation and egg production.
b) Side Effects:
i) gastro-intestinal disorders like diarrhea, cramps, nausea and vomiting.
ii) The accumulation of lactic acid in the body.
iii) abdominal pain or cramping.
2. Clomiphene (Clomid)
a) The effectiveness of chomiphere
It is considered a drug fertility. The effectiveness of clomiphere is that it helps to induce ovulation in women who are not ovulating at all and increase the production of eggs for women with a default sentence letual by stimulating the function of the pituitary gland in series production of hormones, including LH, FSH and egg follicles.
b) Side Effects
i) abdominal pain and cramps.
ii) breast tenderness.
iii) swelling of the ovaries,
iv) Insomnia
v) gastrointestinal disorders including nausea and vomiting.
3. Hcg
a) The effectiveness of HCG
The human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is defined as a hormone secreted by specialized cells called the trophoblast, then by the placenta. As it is structurally similar to LH, it helps to induce ovulation by stimulating the release of an egg mature, about 36 hours after taking it. HCG not only identify the best time to have sex with the concept of success or help insemination in intra-uterine egg retrieval.
b) Side Effects
Although side effects of HCG is not common, but some women may experience
i) Headaches
ii) Irritability
iii) agitation, slight
iv) water retention
v) breast tenderness
vi) Depression
4. Gonadotrophin (HMG)
a) The effectiveness of HMG
HMGcontains natural FSH and LH, is a purified form the urine of postmenopausal women. By stimulating the production of LH and FSH levels of law, it helps induce ovulation and develop mature follicles. If you are found to have low natural gonadotropin or estrogen levels or you need to have multiple follicles eggs for artificial insemination. The drug may also be used if treatment chomiphere and other drugs have been failed to induce ovulation.
b) The risks and side effects
i) risk of miscarriage (Quality the egg does not here)
ii) The enlargement of the ovary (caused by over stimulation)
iii) Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (SHO)
iv) a multiple pregnancy
v) headache and abdominal pain and cramps.
vi) breast tenderness
5. Dexamethasone
a) The effectiveness of dexamethasone
Dexamethasone is a synthetic member of the glucocorticoid class of steroid hormones and a prescribed medication for fertility but not used often as the other drug. It helps to trigger ovulation by suppressing the androgen levels, which increases the chances of fertility.
b) Side Effects
i) upset stomach
ii) intolerance glucose
iii) Moodswing and irritability
iv) Depression
v) water retention
vi) Hypertension
6. Artificial insemination (in vitro fertilization (IVF))
a) The effectiveness of IVF
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), may also be offered, if the treatment of other drugs failed to induce pregnancy in women with PCOS using HCG or another drug to induce ovulation and oocytes.
b) The risks and side effects
a) Ovarian hyperstimulation
b) pelvic pain and cramps,
c) Shortness of breath,
d) blood chemistry abnormalities
7. Surgery
Surgery is rarely practiced. If necessary, the PCO can be treated either by laparoscopic surgery is also known as drilling or ovarian wedge resection. These two methods have not proved effective for women with PCOS. It is to your benefit to give up such an expensive treatment for the benefit of others such as IVF.
Remember, the more efficient long-term treatment for PCO may be a natural comfort of your own home.
We spent most of our time discussing "Fertility and CPO in conventional medicine perspective, we come back with another article "Fertility and PCO with General Perspective." At this time, good reading.
Stay positive and always work with your doctor you may get pregnant sooner than you think

Induced Earthquakes $91.65 … Induced Earthquakes is the most comprehensive single book on the subject and is a valuable introduction for graduate students, scientists and engineers to the study of seismic events induced and triggered by human activity and certain natural causes.’ S.J. Gibowicz, Institute of Geophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences in Pure and Applied Geophysics, 159 (2002)This book on Induced Earthquakes is the first of its kind dealing with all kinds of induced phenomena such as water-reservoirs, petroleum and gas extraction, volcanic eruptions, underground mining, underground nuclear explosions, and astronomical tidal stress. Other publications in the field of induced seismicity deal with individual induced phenomena and thus do not cover the entire spectra of induced phenomena. The comprehensive coverage in this book means that basic and fundamental aspects of induced mechanisms of seismic slip have been addressed. Moreover, induced phenomena like underground nuclear explosions and astronomical tidal stress on the planetary scale have been treated in this book for the first time. Thus the study of inducing phenomena having wide spatial and time scale variations is included in the book giving readers and research groups deeper insight into the subject. Audience: The book is eminently suitable for advanced students, research workers, and teachers alike. Due to wide coverage of the subject, both in case histories and theory, the book is of use to academicians, practising specialists, and engineers. |
