Any success with bio-identical natural hormones for prevention of menstrual migraine?

I suffered from menstrual migraines monthly and have tried many painkillers to medicate the pain not only to balance my hormones at the time to avoid the imbalance that triggers it. I tried synthetic hormones which have been unsuccessful over a number of side effects from it. I heard and read about bio-identical hormones and it would be really grateful if anyone here has personally had no success with it. Thank you!
