Energy assistance for hypothyroidism (Hashimoto) patients?

I have hypothyroidism (specifically Hashimoto) and I'm really struggling lately with little energy. It's quite a problem as I am a housewife with two children young very hyper and I feel like I can do nothing because I'm still drained.
