Good natural colors?

Can anyone suggest some natural dyes (E. beet? Safran?) Who will color cotton and, especially, hold their color when they are washed?

I guess it depends on what you're dead. If you dream of wool or wool. Kool Aid really works well. Think if you've already paid Kool-Aid on something that is difficult to get him out.
